the Restaurant of the month.
Local owners Scott Mcarthy and Steve Taylor opened
the first Austin's in Old Town Fort Collins in the summer
of 1997, with a second location opening on Harmony in March
of 2002. A third location is planned to open in June of 2004
in Longmont, Colorado. We serve traditional American food
specializing in steaks, baby back ribs, grilled salmon, and
apple wood smoked chicken.

How do you use our cheese?
Our favorite way to serve Bingham Hill cheese is
to top a ribeye steak with melted bleu cheese crumbles and
onion straws.
